My littlest guy, Emmett, has found his voice. He still can't say too much, but he has mastered the usage of the word NO. He's gotten quite good at UP too, but not all by itself. It's goes something like this: up, up, up, up, up, Up, Up, Up, UP, UP, UP, UUUUP!!!
Speaking of which, he just woke up.
Have a great weekend.

Awww, there's nothing like the little ones finding language. The hard part is when they also find their legs and get into everything. =)
He's two, and his legs have been working fine for a while now. He sure is cute, but what a stinker.
LOL - I want to hear a cute baby voice! Use the audio post thingy! :)
I totally miss being a nanny.
You named him after Emmitt Smith by chance? If so, that's awesome.
For the record, I hate the Cowboys. Sorry buddy. I'm a Packers fan and if it wasn't for you guys, we'd have three Super Bowl victories in the 90s.
However, I have utmost respect for Emmitt Smith, Tony Dorsett, and Roger Staubach. Smith had a nose for the end zone that ranks up there with anyone, save Jerry Rice. hats off to Smith, even if he was a Cowboy.
Tee - One of these days I'll do stuff like that.
Mrs T - I know what you mean. You have to enjoy these moments because they go all too quickly.
Chloe - Aw, c'mon. Have a few of your own. It's easy. I swear!
Zombie - I'm glad you think it would be awesome, but I think it would put me in the FREAK! category. I argued against the name for this very reason. Everyone that knows me knows what a huge fan I am of the Cowboys.
I'm not sure I thought you were a Cowboys fan from your previous comments, and of course that's ok. No need to apologize. But, I am a Packers supporter too. It's probably more accurate to say that I am a Favre fan, but only when he is not playing the Cowboys.
I too have respect for the great players, regardless of the team they play for. Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, Steve Young all played for a team I hated, but those guys were the best.
How Cute! I love hearing stories of discovery for children..... UP UP!
